How it works: The process is entirely unique to you. Through a collaborative approach, we can explore specific patterns and styles of breathing that assist with your personal goals. By creating an environment of safety, trust, and acceptance, one often meets areas within themselves that maybe in need of nervous system regulation, release and healing.
